Is it true that there is a history of civic corruption in Dundee? I have heard tales of money changing hands in the past and of convictions and wondered if it was true. If it is true how do we know that this sort of thing isn't happening regarding this school because there seems to be a very unholy desire to proceed with this school when regulations and value for money would clearly indicate this is an extremely poor example of what a modern forward thinking city would want.
